This gear is integrated helical gear and spur gear. It was produced without any process of assembling or post processing. The specification of this gear is a module of 0.2mm, tolerance within 0.3% and we are capable of producing a few hundred thousands pcs/month.
As other components produced by μ-MIM® technology, the low surface roughness and no trace of parting line can be seen by eyes. Our integrated gear production will realise not only the high tolerance control, such as teeth location to the edge of the cylinder, but also the improvement of mechanical strength since the assembly step becomes unnecessary.
